Grand Master Liu Rui was the inner disciple of Zheng Wuqing and the eleventh generation inheritor of Wudang Zhaobao He Style Taijiquan. In this video he performs an abbreviated version of the form. Notice how effortless and subtle his movements. Yet, as you will see in a later video, they are quite powerful. Master Zhao Weidong (Vincent Lugo Park) is a student of Grand Master Liu.
In this next video Grandmaster Liu demonstrates push hand techniques based on the various postures from the Zhaobao form.
This next video shows the legendary Cheng Man-Ching performing his 37-movement taijiquan form. Grandmaster Cheng was an inner disciple of Yang Chengfu and took the 108-movement Yang long form and reduced it to 37 postures. Watch this video very closely for Master Cheng's posture and subtle hand movements.
